The Proper Use of Condoms
Before you have sex and every time you have sex, put on a condom. Use latex or polyurethane condoms in good condition. Check the expiration date and make sure there are NO defects or tears. Condoms can break if you use oil-based products like baby oil, lotion, petroleum jelly, or cooking oil. Instead, use water-based or silicone-based lubricant to prevent breakage. ALways store condoms in a cool, dry place. The heat and friction from your wallet can damage a condom. There is no need to use more than one condom at a time, one properly used condom works best. NEVER resuse a condom!
